Synergy Wood Products  specializes in the manufacture of products such as edge-banded shelving, casegoods, gable-ends, and cabinetry. Our engineered composite panel materials are homogenous in structure, leading to high quality finishes during the cure process.

One of our product offerings currently is consumer edge-banded shelving in 5/8's thicknesses of 12x 97,16 x 97, and 24 x 97 dimensions, in a high-gloss finish complimented with also a raw shelving, edge banded and bull-nosed.

One area of expected growth is in the high-end cabinetry shelves, and this will be produced in 2008.

U.V. cured coatings offer complete coating with 100% paint coating technologies using the latest flatline UV Coating equipment , through our Makor Maclinea line, with no VOC’s, and are welcomed as the prefered environmental application. By using U.V. to instantly cure our ValSpar finishes, who ensure the highest quality finish available, Synergy Wood Products top-coats demonstrate outstanding abrasion resistance and hold-out, providing better durability. Synergy uses HolzHer sawing and edge-band precision equipment to ensure a quality product for our valued customers. 

Our process is environmentally friendly, and is therefore safe for our valued workers as well for our customers.

We process all panel products including particleboard, MDF, and OSB.
